ANALYSE: ECF 360o Review on school performance
School performance and quality in education is a sum of many factors facilitating and promoting the achievement of desired learning outcomes. Quality enhancement in all education is based on continuing development of identified core conditions concerning both the structures and operations.
EduCluster Finland 360o Review™ is a school performace analysis leading to a recommendations of further development areas and processes. The analysis is based on the framework of Finnish quality criteria of basic education recommended by the Finnish Ministry of Education in 2009.

What are the benefits?
ECF 360o Review offers education providers a tool for evaluating their activities and operations within the framework of expertise and knowledge from the Finnish educational system.
ECF 360o Review is a multidimensional analysis focusing on the school structures and the school operational processes. The review identifies ten key factors of quality of education, which will be analyzed in detail in the process. The review produces recommendation for further development areas. The information gained with the help of the quality analysis enable school providers, policy-makers and authorities to identify shortcomings and focus future development efforts through the analysis results.

How does it work?
The analysis process consists of the following elements: 1. Field study (3-5 days on site): two experts will consult and review the school operations in action 2. Quality questionnaire: School staff and key stakeholders will be asked to submit their views via an online questionnaire 3. Concluding report: Summary of observations, interviews and survey results with the recommendations for further development areas and processes
