Jan-Markus is the CEO of the company and therefore the man in charge. Aside running the company operations globally and in Finland, Jan-Markus handles ECF's partner networks, stakeholder relations and contractual issues, among many other things.

Jan-Markus has a professional background in education leadership and management. He has worked as a lecturer, principal, headmanager and director of education and training for several years. He has a Ph.D. in applied physics and a M.A. in physics as well as qualifications in leadership and business management.
