EduCluster Finland Ltd (ECF) is a new generation expert organization specializing in education and development. We collaborate with organizations to enable competence and capacity-building, as well as with bodies responsible for the development of education systems. ECF creates, builds and establishes client-based solutions in Finland and globally.
